About the club
Paus Club on Al Wasl Road in Umm Al Sheif is a wellness club where padel sits alongside movement classes, a spa and an eatery. It has four indoor, air-conditioned courts with panoramic glass.
The Paus Padel Academy coaches beginners through to regular players, and there is a kids programme and a weekly Shot Lab session. Changing rooms with showers, a café, a shop, racket rental and parking are on site. Courts are open every day from 06:00 until midnight.
Book through the Playtomic app or call +971 4 325 1829. When we checked in October 2026, a 60-minute slot at 23:00 was listed at AED 200.
