About padelsworld
padelsworld is an independent guide to padel clubs, operated by Rantisi LTD, a company registered in Bulgaria, VAT number BG208400728, registered address bl. 145, et. 10, ap. 55, zh.k. Hadzhi Dimitar, r-n Poduyane, 1510 Sofia, Bulgaria. Contact: office@padelsworld.com. We are not affiliated with the clubs or booking platforms listed on the site unless we say so.
Information on the site
Our team checks the clubs we list, but prices, opening hours, programs and facilities change. Information on padelsworld may be incomplete or out of date. Always confirm the details with the club before you go. "From" prices are the lowest prices we saw on the club's booking page on the date shown.
Bookings and other websites
padelsworld does not take bookings or payments for courts. You book directly with the club, through its booking app, website, WhatsApp or phone. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or services.
Club owners
If you claim a club, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it. Everything you submit, including prices, hours, descriptions and photos, must be accurate and lawful, and you must have the right to share it. You allow us to publish, translate and adapt what you submit on padelsworld. Our team reviews changes before they go live and may edit or decline them. We may remove your access to a club page if it is misused.
Acceptable use
Don't use the site in a way that harms it or other users. This includes sending false information, trying to get into accounts or parts of the site you are not allowed to use, and automated collection of content at a scale that affects the site.
Intellectual property
The design of the site, the texts our team writes and the way the information is compiled belong to Rantisi LTD. Club names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses that result from relying on information on padelsworld or from using other websites linked from it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Featured listings
Club owners can buy a featured listing for a club they manage on padelsworld. Featured listings are a service for businesses: by buying one, you confirm that you are acting for the club's business and not as a consumer.
- What it includes. A featured club is shown first on its city's club list and filter pages, with a highlighted pin on the map and in the featured spot on our padel guides, always with a "Featured" label. At most three clubs per city can be featured at the same time. A featured listing changes where a club appears, not what its page says: our team still checks the information, and we do not guarantee any number of visits, enquiries or bookings.
- Price and payment. The price is shown before you pay and includes VAT. Clubs pay in their local currency or in euros; clubs in Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman pay in US dollars. Payments are made by card through our payment provider, Stripe; we never see your full card details. Invoices are available under "Manage billing" on your club's page.
- Renewal. A featured listing is a subscription. It renews automatically at the end of each month or year, at the price you agreed to, until you cancel. If we change the price, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to your next renewal.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time under "Manage billing" on your club's page, or by writing to office@padelsworld.com. The club stays featured until the end of the period you have paid for, and the subscription does not renew.
- Refunds. We do not refund a period that has already started, including when you cancel partway through it. If we end a featured listing for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused part of the period you have paid for.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, the club stops being shown as featured until the payment goes through. Stripe tries again over the following days; if the payment still fails, the subscription ends.
- Ending a listing. We may refuse or end a featured listing if the club closes, if the club page breaks these terms, or if it is misused. If it is ended because of a breach of these terms, the unused part is not refunded.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the new version applies from the date shown at the top. These terms are governed by Bulgarian law, and the courts of Bulgaria have jurisdiction. This does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
