About the club
MVP LAB is a compact indoor club on 29A Street in Al Quoz Industrial 3, with three air-conditioned courts with panoramic glass, including a central court.
Recovery is a big part of the offer, with a sauna and an ice bath next to a gym. The MVP Padel Academy coaches adults and there is a Kids Padel Academy; women can join the club's ladies padel community on WhatsApp. Early risers can take part in padel breakfast sessions from 07:00 to 10:00. Changing rooms with showers, a café, a shop, racket rental and parking are on site. Hours are 07:00 to midnight on weekdays and 07:00 to 23:00 at weekends.
