About the club
Mantra on 7 Street in Al Quoz Industrial 3 mixes padel with tennis and studio classes. There are five padel courts with panoramic glass: one indoor, one fully outdoor, two shaded outdoor courts and a singles court.
The site also has two tennis courts and runs yoga, pilates, reformer and indoor cycling. Padel coaching is available. You will find a café, a shop, racket rental, changing rooms with showers and parking. Courts are open every day from 07:00 to 23:30.
Booking is through Playtomic or on +971 4 272 1168. When we checked in October 2026, a 60-minute slot at 16:00 was listed at 320 AED, 90 minutes at 400 AED and 120 minutes at 500 AED.
