Flip Zone is an indoor, air-conditioned sports complex in Ghala, Muscat, built for all-weather play. Padel takes up two indoor courts, and the same building also hosts football, basketball, badminton and a trampoline area, so it works well when a group wants more than one activity.
Facilities include parking, changing rooms with showers, lockers, a café and lounge, a sports shop and racket rental. The centre has disabled access.
